- Swedish Relaxation: $70/hr. Full Body massage. General focus on relaxing gentle-medium/firm pressure. Aromatherapy optional.
- Deep Tissue Therapeutic: $80/hr.or $110/90min. Neuromuscular or Trigger Point massage with firm-deep pressure. Not partial/full body.
- Combination Massage: $75/hr. or $110/90 min. Usually a combination of Deep and Swedish. However any two techniques can be combined
- Reiki: $60/hr. Gentle hands-on healing through therapeutic touch from a 1st or 2nd degree practitioner. Client is fully clothed.
- Hot Stone Massage: $100/75 min. Heated river rocks placed and used as massage tools. Deep relaxation. Some combined Swedish and deep is also part of routine
- CranioSacral Therapy: $70/hr. Advanced therapist trained by Upledger Institute; techniques release tension, pain and dysfunctions related to the CNS using gentle pressure on the cranium, sacrum and segments of the body. Will relieve vertigo, sinusitis, Fibromyalgia, TMJ, migraines and so much more.
- House-Call Services: add a $20 fee for travel to the technique of your choice.
- Half Hour prices: $40 per half hour: 2 person min.for house calls
- Group Half hour prices: $35 per half hour (Swedish only): 3 person min.
- Free Monthly Reiki Sharing: For anyone with previous Reiki training to practice and treat each other. Or if you are interested in taking a course you may attend to get a better idea of what Reiki is like. Cancer patients are also welcome. Held on one Monday per month from 5:30-7:30pm.
